This website, istridemate.com, is operated by 长沙昊溪科技有限公司 / CHANGSHA HAOXI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Changsha, Hunan, China (Unified Social Credit Code: 91430111MAEMC8GC4B). We sell footwear online, including our StrideMate brand in Kenya.

What information we collect
- Order information: your name, mobile number, county/town, delivery address or landmark, the product, size and colour you ordered, and the amount payable.
- Communication records: messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email, so we can confirm and follow up on your order.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type and pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel).
We do not collect or store card or bank details: payment is made in cash to the courier on delivery.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your order, including confirming it with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch;
- To arrange delivery through our delivery partners and to handle delivery problems;
- To answer your questions, handle returns, exchanges and complaints;
- To prevent fraudulent or duplicate orders;
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising (for example, understanding which advertisements lead to orders).
Who we share it with
- Delivery partners: your name, phone number and address are shared with the courier so your order can be delivered and paid for.
- Service providers: hosting, email and analytics providers that help us run the website.
- Advertising platforms: we use the Meta Pixel (and Meta’s Conversions API) to measure advertising performance. Meta may receive information about your visit and orders, in accordance with Meta’s own privacy policy.
- Legal requirements: where we are required to do so by law.
